The King III Committee on Corporate Governance has addressed the issue of corporate governance for information technology. In doing so the third Report on Governance in South Africa has addressed the pervasive nature of information technology, its importance as part of the business strategy and the significant additional risks it introduces.

The IT Governance Network has produced an ebook looking at the issues that are addressed in King III and how they relate to IT governance.
